Dear developers - please add some color AND/OR contrast to the Tab. I would really like to see the selected Tab in different color (possibly background). At this state it very annoying to look and not being sure which one is selected (especially if the pages have similar names OR content). It might be obvious on a laptop but not on my 4K screens. Some dark background or at least contrasting font color would help.

Your image was not found but colored tab I think on user interface there is an option for that

For accessibility reason windows also has the setting to increase the font size as you can see the settings made even the software's text bigger.
