Installing Ver 20 Extensions

Post by Reddieng »

I've just upgraded to version 21+
I've installed the main program but I'm unsure how to install all the downloaded extension files. I can't remember that many files on previous versions.
Is there an installation guide available or where can I get instructions?

Any help much appreciated.

I think you mean 20+ lol
The way to nstall the extensions is to unzip all files to the extensions folder: C:\Users\UserName\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\extensions or through the extension manager

You should have received an email with instructions from the reseller.
Also, each extension comes with a PDF document.

You can use the Extension Manager (Menu->Tools->Extension Manager) to install each extension individually.

Alternatively, you can manually copy all files from the zip files to the Web Builder
extensions folder. Usually this folder is in this location:
My Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\extensions\

Unfortunately, I do not have direct access to order data. To resolve your issue, I recommend contacting the reseller directly via the following link:
https://www.2co.com/#contactUs

I have also reached out to them on your behalf. However, without access to your order confirmation, it’s challenging for me to provide them with specific details about the issue.

If you need further assistance from me, then please use this contact form:
https://wysiwygwebbuilder.com/contact.html

Be sure to include all relevant details about your order so I can assist you more effectively.
