Wysiwyg News writer

I recently upgraded from WB12 to WB19. When I paid for the upgrade this time I did not receive an email with the upgrade serial. I am unable to download extensions. I tried inputting my WB12 serial but it throws out an error, serial not recognised.

My news writer on wb12 just doesn't work I know I must be doing something wrong but I have tried everything in my knowledge and when uploaded to the server it just say news.php cannot be found and there are no tutorials or videos for news writer. I thought I would like to try editable content, but that doesn't work either, despite following the video instructions of a very good tutorial, when uploaded to the server I just get a scroll box with the script code generated from the properties box.

I really need an editable page without connecting to a database. Does anyone know of a news writer tutorial please?

Note your serial for WWB12 cannot be used for WWB19. If you haven’t received your "New" license then it is possible the email from the reseller has ended up in your spam folder. If it not there then you can use the following:

Have you read the help file for the News Writer? Secondary note in general there is no help with extensions as they are provided "AS IS".
To be able to use your server/host requires php to be installed and the page extension needs to be set to .php also you cannot "Preview" locally due to requiring to be on your server.

I checked your license, and it’s already activated. That means you should have received the email—otherwise, you wouldn’t have been able to use the number to activate it.

When I paid for the upgrade the serial number was on the page after my payment had gone to through. I did check my spam folder but nothing.

Did you contact the reseller about this?
Or else let me know an alternative email address so I can ask the reseller to send the email again.

Thank you for your help on these issues.
I first followed the instructions from the video on editable content. I succeeded in creating the files and they worked fine. I deleted them by accident but at my next attempt despite following the video exactly the same, when on the server the admin page has a scrolling area, completely blank except for the properties inside the properties area in wysiwyg displayed. There is nowhere to login and no controls that I did I have at my first attempt. I use IONOS so imagine PHP is installed as use their hosting server to test pages.
