Hi,
I am trying to get a motion "Fade In" effect working on a simple text header, but everytime I turn it on, the text is invisible and does not appear.
When I switch it off, it is there as expected.
Here's the link to the project file:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1odl ... ue&sd=true
The header I'm referring to is "WITH AWARD-WINNING MUSIC AND SOUND, GRAY NOTE PRODUCTIONS BRINGS YOUR STORIES TO LIFE."
Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Motion effect doesn't work on text or header

Re: Motion effect doesn't work on text or header
Can you please remove everything from the project that is not relevant to your question?
Otherwise it will take me a lot of extra time to figure out what you have done.

Also, I have noticed, you are using snap scroll. This may not trigger a onscroll event because the content is on a different layer, not part of the main body.

Apologies, here's the relevant section of the website.

The text is within the grid, so it should be part of the scroll, no?
I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean.

I'm sorry but there is still a lot of content, I have no idea where to start looking
Can you please provide more details?
Where exactly did you set the animation what did you expect to happen?

Re: Motion effect doesn't work on text or header
That's weird. I only left this grid section and removed the rest. What you should be looking at is the index page.
The text header is within the grid.
I am trying to do a basic Fade In on the text, where i set it to "when object is fully visible". But for now, it's turned off.
Maybe you could try to add a fade-in Motion Effect on the text, and see if it works on your end?

Re: Motion effect doesn't work on text or header
There were still some hidden objects in the project. After correcting this, the effect seems to work for me:

Oh I see! Yeah I see another unused object within the grid, not sure how it got there. I deleted it and now it works.
Thanks Pablo!
