Why is adding a text object disturb the Menu?

Post by jPaul »

Hi Everybody,

I have a perfectly working Mega Menu inside a Page Header object. Perfectly working that is, until I add a text object beneath the Mega Menu.
Then: The behaviour of the Mega Manu becomes wonky, but I would like to keep the text objects where they are.
How can I prevent the text objects from interfering with the Mega Menu?

Many Thanks,

The mega menu in your project seems to be working correct.
What exactly do I need to do to see the issue?

Thanks Pablo,

Select any of the menu items that have an icon. The sub-menu will appear correctly, but if you move the arrow to select any of the sub-menu items, the sub-menu will disappear.
There is no way to make a selection.
Many Thanks,

It's because the text objects are in front of the menu due to the z-order of the objects in your header. Simply select the menu --> click arrange --> choose move to the front to fix it
