Hello
http://www.uxsoftware.com/pages/request.html
From the URL above, I can see the CAPTHA image just fine. However, some users (not many) are complaining about the image not being displayed so they cannot complete the form to submit to my customer php page.
But I do not have that problem on Google chrome or MS Edge. The users are using the same browsers.
Do you know about this issue or have you had users complaining about image not showing. The CAPTHA works great as long as the image is displayed.
Thanks
Les

Re: Some users claim CAPTCHA image is not displayed
A few possible reasons that the image may not show is
1: They have disabled the use of javascript in the browser.
2: They are using the likes of browser extension such as a Ad Blocker.
3: They are using any other browser extensions.
Solution is to enable javascript and to disable the browser extensions temporarily to allow the use of the Captcha. Clear there browser cache, disable any VPN if they are using any.

Re: Some users claim CAPTCHA image is not displayed
The url is not secure (https), so some browsers may block the content.
When I visit the website I also do get a warning that it's not secure.
