Import causes WWB20 to close

Post by paxwood »

Hello

I'm trying to import a page into a blank project but wwb20 keeps closing down. Also attempted to download the page to local and do the same from there with the same result. Any ideas ? There seem to be no error message displayed, just shuts down.

Thank you

It could simply be that the page your trying to import is to large which may cause the software to stop/close. Please see the following on importing reading from: Notes about importing HTML Importing an existing HTML page

Yes I read that page. There is no mention of size. However, I checked and the html is 315kb and all the assets for the single page at 5.59MB so I don't think that's too big.

Even if it is too big I would expect an error message rather than the program just crashing out ?

Any help appreciated :-)

This website page was created with WordPress so it's server sided side (database driven) website.
You cannot import this into a static web design tool.
