The new version v21 of WYSIWYG, does not display Jpeg's correctly when inserting into a web page, they appear blank !!

There is no difference in the way jpg are displayed compared to previous version
Maybe you did not use the correct safe format or maybe the file name is not websafe?

If you need help then please provide a demo project so I can see what you have done.

The image was selected that's why the item is being adjustable on the web page but still transparent.

I also need the jpg file, because that is most likely what is causing the issue.

Also, can you please describe step by step what you are doing because in the video it looks like you skipped the step of selecting the image.

Can you please share the jpg image, so I can see if it works for me?

Also, are you sure the sofwtar has access to the file?
Maybe the folder is blocked by virus scanner, firewall or ransomware protection?
Can you add fields form other folders?
Can you open existing projects with images?

Please try to be more specific otheriwse it may take a very long time before I understand why it does not work for you.

The problem is the width of the image which is extremely wide (> 18000 pixels!)
You will need to resize it before adding it to the page.

Note that this is not different then in previous version of the software and this has nothing to do with WWB21.
