Font issue - Fonts change to Arial after uploading page

Hi Pablo,

I have an issue with fonts.

A few months ago I got a new PC with Windows 11 and installed WWB Version 20.2.4 on it (I am still using that version).

My old PC was running Windows 10, and I used WWB versions 16, 18, 19, and the last one was Version 20.2.3. On that PC I had installed many additional fonts that I bought a long time ago, and I used them in my projects without any problems.

Yesterday, while creating an additional page for a friend on the new PC, I discovered after uploading the page that the font did not appear as it should. It showed up as something similar to Arial. I tried several other fonts and many of them had the same problem.

Then I remembered that I had installed many extra fonts on the old PC, so I copied those fonts and installed them on the new PC in C:\Windows\Fonts.

After that I used the font I needed (AR DESTINE) and uploaded the page to
https://zelonett.no/test.php and it worked. However, after uploading the page again today, the font changed again to something that looks like Arial.

So on the old PC the fonts worked, but on the new PC they do not.

Did I install the fonts correctly on the new PC by placing them in C:\Windows\Fonts?

Should I also copy the fonts into the folder WYSIWYG Web Builder/system/fonts?

1. Open the Settings app in Windows (cog wheel icon) and type 'fonts' in the search bar,
2. Click on Browse & Install Fonts.
3. Start WWB and try again.

Maybe you have enabled 'display websafe fonts only' in Tools -> Options -> Fonts ?
Also, you may need configure web fonts depending on how you have used them previously in your projects.
