Help with my Google Search Button

Post by Jerry »

Good Day.
My HTML object that I use for my Google Search button has gone wacky!
It does not stay the size I have in WB20.
As you can see on this page: https://www.edesignsplans.ca/e-designs_ ... plans.html

I forgot to mention that I have tried to use the "Search this website" under Miscellaneous tab but I can't get it to work for me.

Did you try it on a simple page without any other content on it?

Note that I cannot see what you have done based on the HTML.

Thank you for your reply.

I tried again using the "Search this website" but it only searches within my "Multi Family" page.
We have about 12 different sections done as separate projects in WB.
With the old Google script I was using it would search my whole site.
Any thoughts on what am I doing wrong.
I have your search box on this page: https://www.edesignsplans.ca/e-designs_ ... plans.html
It would be great to have it search my whole website.

Thanks for your help.

The built-in search can only search on pages within the project. Each project has its own search index.

Maybe you can use one of these extensions?
