Image pops up on page load

Hi,
I trying to have an image pop up in the center of the screen over everything on a page-load.
That you can click to remove and see the rest of the page.
I know it's can be done but for some reason I'm drawing a big blank.

You can use one of the following
Modal
Dialog
Modal Layer
More useful layer features
