Publish by Folder?

Can I publish by folder?

If I have a site and use folders (each department in an organization has their webapages in separate folder) can I publish the pages for that folder?

I am aware of Sub Pages and publishing option, but I am using folders.

When using Sub Pages, you can also select a folder.
