** SOLVED - Text on top of image

Update - I added the image as the background to the Layout Grid which achieved what I was after.

I'm sure there is an easy way of adding text over the top of an image but struggling to find it. I'm using Layout Grid, maybe i need to use something else which allows it? - needs to be responsive.

I looked at Wrap Text but that's not what I need and the help file says its not responsive. Cannot find anything relevant in the help files unless I am missing it.

I ideally want the text to sit on top of the .png transparent image:

You can also place text on top of image via the watermark tool.
Also, note that Wrap Text is responsive when used inside layout grid.
