Reinstall version 16

I have purchased a new computer as my old one has crashed.
I have tried to install my current version 16 on the new computer as per the support ticket detail I received from support@ in 2023.
It will not load.

Anything I am missing here.

Note that older versions of the software may not be compatible with newer computers.
However, the software itself has not changed and it should work the same as when you first installed it.

Although you have said you are using WWB16 is it the 32bit or 64bit?. Many new PC/Laptops are 64bit and may not allow installation of 32bit applications. Also many "New" PC/Laptops ship with Windows 11 in S Mode which due to security will not allow the installer to load. If this is the case you will need to activate you copy of Windows this will then disable S Mode and allow you to load the software.
Can I suggest that you upgrade to WWB21 as this will support Pablos work and give you continued support in the forum for any issues with it as support for WWB16 has stopped.⁹
