Organisation and membership area

Post by Bluesman »

Hi WWB guys. Have seen some CRM posts floating by, but nothing I can use for my upcoming project. At the start, I was planning to use the CMS tools in WWB but after some days I had to change my mind, the customer come up with more and more demands. There shall be the usual admin management tools for both admin and members and in different categories.
Then there shall be different services for information/downloads, calendars, membership fee handling etc. And ofcause easy to incorporate in WWB 20.

Does someone have a good suggestion? If the costs are low is even better :D

Just a few scripts from PHP Jabbers that can be integrated into WWB and the good thing is that they are all free to use unless you need help or require modifications to them. With that said you may need to think out of the box and consider a full blown CMS solution from dare I say...Wo*d*****

Hi "Bacon" tnx for your input. I was checking "Jabbers" at first but all of the cms scripts are stand-alone. I need them packed together in a more complex system, but not Wo'd''''' I'm checking around in some code sites, but if you get some more bright ideas... please inform :D

That type of crm could be custom coded but it would require database access and role base content management. Had you seen this post for more open source crm viewtopic.php?t=94772

Hi wonderful, tnx for your input. I saw this post before but it didn't appear when searching, but maybe I was to fast :o I checked them up again and my first wonder is the prices? What I can see is that SuiteCRM comes with costs (?) and CiviCRM is free for non profit organisations... do you get it that way to?
The organisation that I shall use this for is a religious org that are fundraising in activities and donations, even selling some products on the site.
Do you have a suggestion?

SuiteCRM is a fully opensource CRM system that is free to download and use. There is a marketplace for paid add-ons, but the Suite is pretty powerful without a need for extra add-ons. It can be customized to suit many needs. I built a Government Messaging system using SuiteCRM as the base. So from a cost standpoint there is little outlay. It will take some time investment to set it up and use it. I have a little experience and would be glad to review your project needs and how it might fit.

Hi Bacon and other in this thread. After some dialogue with only I decided to work with the "https://www.phpjabbers.com/member-login-script/" from PHP Jabbers. Using it as a foundation and we will see what more to fill in. Was more powerful then I noticed from the beginning :D
