Menu Bar Seperator colour

I am using menu bars on all pages. When live or previewed, some of the dropdown sub menus have a grey Divider, some have black and some have brown?? I have compared many times ALL of the settings options and found all are frustratingly totally identical. So how can their be a variance of colours???

The color of the separator can be set via the 'divider color' property.

Nope, that changed nothing??? The only option I can see for 'Divider colour is under 'miscellaneous'??
