20 and 21 will not preview or publish

Problem: Version 20 and 21
will not publish or preview

Action taken:
Bought a new computer
Updated to 21
Tried existing projects worked twice then was unable to preview or publish even locally.
Cleared Cache and temp files with CC Cleaner.

All is Win 11 is up to date as well as Wysiwyg.

Disabled VPN as well as Trend Micro and Malware bytes.

Tried just a new index page with one text object.

Same problem.

Please advise as I am working on time sensitive projects.

Everything is working here as expected in Windows 11, so I assume that it must be a local setting that is the issue.

Providing a small, one-page demo file may help Pablo to diagnose the issue.

Can you please be more specific?
What is the exact problem?
Are there any errors?

First question did WWB20 work with your previous/old PC? if so then it is safe to say that the issue is with your "New" PC.
Although you have disabled your AV programs you may still have to disable Windows Defender Firewall/Ransomware. Have you tried using the likes of Filezilla or Cuteftp to publish? When publishing what is error log?. What are your publish settings?

If it won't preview, then check where the preview files are going. Is that folder blocked?

Might not help but as your working on a schedule...install the 32bit version and see if that works for now.
