Font size very small in breakpoints WB16

I have just updated the text on this page to make the long text in the REVIEWS section of the page separate paragraph entries instead of one long text box.

The new sections are now a tiny font size in anything but 970. I vaguely recall a setting somewhere that has obviously not stayed the same in transferring over to WB16. What have I missed please?

The font size should be the same in each breakpoint of 970 768 480 & 320.

Tools -> Options -> General -> Automatically scale new objects in other breakpoints
