Just a thought here, but make sure that "my email address" is an email account on the server.

The server needs to "authenticate" that mail is to be sent only by an existing account, and not by random anonymous senders.

To protect your security, 127.0.0.1 will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it.

It is possible that you have your browser's security level locked down so tight, that it refuses to display the contents of the iFrame, which is probably linked to an external URL.

Just to let you that the validation method you seek, is considered "old technology" these days, and is easy for robots to figure out.

I had to work out the breakpoint settings, and at first confused points versus pixels, but after a bit of tweaking, it now works perfectly.

My website uses 4 breakpoints. When using the built-in Javascript 'Time Greeting' script, there doesn't seem to be a way to set the font size at each of the individual breakpoints to different values.

Most likely incorrect email settings on your web host server. You should be able to review the server's email logs to see if you are reaching it, and what if any, error messages are being triggered.
